As the lead product designer I am tasked to develop new features from idea to final deliverable, in collaboration with various stakeholders. I am also in charge of aligning product design and development with business objectives, working closely with C-level to define the direction forward. During the discovery phase we are trying to understand what is exactly the problem and what might be the cause of it.
In this phase, we are using our research to define the challenge into a final problem statement.
